Permits

The Pattonville Fire Protection District uses 1999 BOCA codes.

Building permits are to be completed and returned to us if you are going to do any of the following:

  1. Build a structure
  2. Remodel a structure
  3. Finish a lower level
  4. Add a fire place
  5. Add a sprinkler system
  6. Add a hood suppression system above a cooking appliance in a public building

All questions may be directed to the Fire Marshal's Office at 314-739-3118 between 8:00 and 4:30 Monday through Friday.
